Product Description

This anthracite sanded clay paver has been rated as class A. It also has a low level of water absorption and is highly frost-resistant. Its long lifespan and ecological Brick7 format make this paver a high-grade paving material while its tumbled finish gives it authenticity.

Our delivery days are Monday - Friday, our shop is open for collections on Saturdays but we do not offer delivery on this day.

Delivery usually takes place within 1-5 working days. To confirm an accurate lead time for a product or book a next day delivery, please contact a member of our sales team. Once you have placed your order, our courier will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date before attempting to deliver.

Our ‘Standard Delivery’ is a one man kerbside delivery service, which includes offloading the crate/s/pallets from the vehicle via tail-lift and manoeuvring the crate/s to a hard standing level area (kerbside, or driveway constructed from tarmac, block paving or concrete) using a manual pallet trolley.

The driver may require assistance offloading, please have someone on site to assist if necessary. Unfortunately our drivers are unable to deliver on to a gravel drive or sloping surface unless local and this will be delivered via our hiab service..

If you have special delivery requirements, specialist vehicles can be arranged. Please contact our sales team for further information at sales@hbspecialistsupplies.com 

Single orders of the smallest items will be delivered by Courier.

In each case the website www.hbspecialistsupplies.com will automatically indicate the most appropriate delivery method, based on your planned purchase.

We endeavour to give as much information as possible in respect to weight and size of our products, however, please contact our sales team if you are unsure.

If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly by contacting us on 0116 497 1179. So we have all the relevant information please follow your call up with written confirmation via email to sales@hbspecialistsupplies.com

The responsibility for the return of the goods is that of the Buyer. The Company will not accept under any circumstances any cost for the return of, or re-packaging of, returned product or items.

The Buyer should return goods using conventional haulage and should not use Express or Special Transportation services, unless specifically agreed with the Company, in writing, prior to the goods being returned.

If the original packaging has been opened or is deemed by the Buyer to require improvement, to allow the safe return of the goods, it is the responsibility of the Buyer to complete a re-packing exercise, at their cost. The Company will not accept any costs for the re-packing of goods, in any circumstances.

If the Buyer cannot or will not arrange the return of the goods, the Company will arrange the collection and deduct the collection costs from the refunded amount. To avoid any misunderstanding, please liaise with our Customer Services Team for the cost of returning the goods. Alternatively, if the Buyer is able to return goods themselves in a resalable condition a FULL Refund (excluding the original DELIVERY charge) will be issued. Please Note the costs associated with the return of the goods will not be reimbursed.

Refunds will be processed as a priority, however, dependent upon circumstances, the administration may take up to 3-5 working days to complete. The maximum time period to refund any monies will not exceed 30 days from the receipt of goods. Additionally please note, any monies paid back to Credit / Debit cards may take a further 3-5 days to show on Customers' statements. – However, it may be possible to improve on these timings by contacting your Bank / Card account company.

Orders for standard products may incur a standard re-stocking charge of 25% but this might be greater depending on the goods.
